what i think this quote means is that that people do a lot of promise but they are broke so easy now but it is not good to do because that person was really meaning they will do it for you or keep up and do that task. "like yeah i will wash the dishes but later but you never do it because you were busy doing other stuff but have should have never said a promise you may not be able to keep up too because of the other stuff but sometimes the promise can be way bigger than that. if you say that i will be there for you because your mom just died if you live up to that promise not only or you being good to yourself but others as w
