what i think this quote means is that when you do good for someone or for yourself it will never fail you because you have done something right in life and most of the times you do get rewarded for it like in return you will have the same thing happen to you as well.. but if you do something that is bad then you are going the bad road because you should never do anything that is bad because you will get something in return but it will not be a good thing because if you steal or hurt someone then you will be going to jail for a long time and after you will regret it for the rest of your life
