what i think what this quote means is that there  parts in your body that you can control and there are like your mind ,spirit and physical body and if you control your body to do what is right like helping others make the right choice like don't do drugs even if people are convincing you to do them.  if you know that someone is doing some thing wrong like if they are hurting  someone or they are stealing then you take control of your body and do what is write because in your mind is telling you do what is right and your spirit knows that if they get away with it and they are keep going to keep doing that and not only they are hurting them self's but others as well. like  if you know that someone has  being breaking the law and been getting away with you are going to have guilt because you are not doing the right thing so if you cant keep that guilt in then you can loose your mind because over not telling the truth
